2.1 Quality management organization

2.1.1 Management representative

Appointed and authorized by the top management of the company to command and control the quality management system. Be responsible for promoting the specific implementation, evaluation and improvement of the company's quality policies, objectives and strategies. Specific responsibilities include:

--Build and improve the company's quality management system and improve the quality management level in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements;

--Organize the change, revision and improvement of the manual and related documents according to the strategic needs of the company's development;

--Publicize and implement the company's quality policy, and supervise and assess the operation of the quality management system of each unit;

--Supervise and urge the implementation of the quality improvement plan of the Operation Department and the improvement of quality awareness to improve the operation effect of the quality management system;

--Liaison and communication with external parties on matters related to quality management on behalf of the company;

--Be responsible for leading the internal audit of the company;

--Report the performance of the quality management system to the company, including the requirements for improvement.

2.1.2 Quality Department

--Implement the company's quality/environment/occupational health and safety policies and objectives, and do a good job according to the responsibilities and authorities specified in the quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system documents to maintain the effective operation of the quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system; Under the direct leadership of the Quality Department, the Quality Department performs the work function of quality management.

--Be responsible for the implementation of the quality management system, and regularly form reports to the Quality Department;

--Cooperate with the internal audit team in the audit work, and take corrective/preventive measures to implement and evaluate the nonconformities;

--Participate in the review of suppliers; Participate in the review of production plans with special requirements;

--Inspect the purchased/outsourced articles/finished products according to the inspection specifications, and make corresponding records, statistics and feedback;

--Be responsible for centralized management of monitoring and testing equipment;

--Be responsible for the correct use, daily maintenance and repair of the department's inspection and measuring equipment;

--Be responsible for the identification, updating, evaluation and daily control of environmental factors and hazard sources related to department responsibilities;

--Responsible for the determination, record, identification and problem feedback of nonconforming raw materials and finished products;

--Assist in the control of product identification and traceability, and urge the implementation;

--Responsible for customer satisfaction analysis and customer information feedback.

2.1.3 Quality Department

Implement the company's quality/environment/occupational health and safety policies and objectives, and do a good job according to the responsibilities and authorities specified in the quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system documents to maintain the effective operation of the quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system; Under the direct leadership of the Quality Department, the Quality Department performs the work function of quality inspection. The Quality Department has the independence of quality inspection work to ensure the scientific and fair inspection results.

--Be responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of the quality management system, and regularly form reports to the Quality Department;

--Prepare or revise the quality/environment/occupational health and safety manual, and be responsible for preparing or revising the relevant contents of the procedure documents;

--Cooperate with the internal audit team in the audit work, and take corrective/preventive measures to implement and evaluate the nonconformities;

--Be responsible for judging the nonconforming semi-finished products, checking the labels and quantity of finished product packaging boxes, and making corresponding records, statistics and feedback;

--Be responsible for the correct use, daily maintenance and repair of the department's inspection and measuring equipment;

--Be responsible for the control of product corrective and preventive measures, and well control the implementation of corrective and preventive measures;

--Be responsible for obtaining, identifying, communicating and updating laws and regulations, and tracking and supervising the implementation

--Be responsible for the identification, updating, evaluation and daily control of environmental factors and hazard sources related to department responsibilities;

2.2 Quality management system
